Tool 01
Narrative Coherence
Reads whichever parts of a student’s application the Consultant selects (personal statement, activities, awards, supplements by school, or everything on file) and lays out the storyline those pieces tell together. It flags contradictions and weak spots, suggests where the student should go next, and stays open for follow-up questions in the same window.
Tool 02
Activities Build
Finds programs, internships, jobs and other opportunities based on a student’s interests, the type of activity, how far they can travel and how much time they can commit. Interests are pulled from the student’s profile automatically, with matches shown next to the filters as they change.
Tool 03
College List Builder
Turns a short build form into reach, target and safety lists that update live as the Consultant answers, without asking for anything already in the student’s profile. The Consultant can ask AxIS to add, swap or refresh schools, then send individual schools or the full list to the student’s college list.
Tool 04
Financial Aid and Scholarship Matching
Keeps a student’s FAFSA and CSS Profile deadlines, progress and aid profile in one place, alongside a school-by-school checklist of costs and requirements. Scholarship matching works from the family’s background and the student’s preferences on award size and workload.

Context Management
Every AxIS tool already knows the student’s full profile, so nothing gets re-entered. Files are sorted to the right student automatically, a Consultant’s own college research is stored and used when relevant, and outcomes from past students carry forward to sharpen future college lists.
